Come on NFL, Cedric Peerman fined $20,000 for hit

Is the NFL serious?

Cedric Peerman laid a devastating hit on A.J. Edds during Sunday’s win against the colts.  5 days later the NFL fined the 3rd year player $20,000 for the hit, saying it was illegal helmet to helmet.

Not only did Cedric intentially use his forearm and shoulder- he even slowed down and turned his head to the side so it WOULDN’T be helmet to helmet!

I knows its homecoming season, does the NFL want powderpuff games on the weekend?
