If I Could Only Eat One Food
The Incredible Edible Egg
Between 1950 and 1967 the consumption of eggs in the U.S. dropped from 390 per year to less than 320 per year, yet deaths from coronary heart disease rose from 215 to 390 per 100,000 persons.
There is no scientific evidence proving eggs are bad for you, or raise cholesterol. In fact, evidence shows the contrary, eggs actually contain the essential fats and cholesterol your body needs, decreasing depression and decreasing the risks of certain cancers, heart disease, and Alzheimers, increase healthy sex hormone levels (the natural purple pill??), helps relieve pain naturally, and builds muscle.

This is great info Jon! My osteopathic Dr. had told me about 6 months ago to start eating an egg every day to increase my protein. I asked about the heart disease issue & he said the exact same thing — organic eggs are the “perfect food”. Thanks for helping get the word out
