Get an Extra 60+ Hours of Excercise This Year Without Going to the Gym

If you are overweight and out of shape, it is because of a lot of things that you have been doing on a daily basis.  One of those, I’m sure, is driving around parking lots until you find the closest and most convenient parking spot.  It is your daily habits such as this that have caused you to have a slower metabolism and store more fat.

Today’s tip is simple, park further away from the store and walk more!  This is an easy way to incorporate some more excercise.  Instead of taking an hour out of your life to go to the gym, just park further away at your destinations and you will walk an extra 10 to 30 minutes a day, but just like automated savings from you debit card, you won’t even notice it in your daily schedule.
